To say Lyric is incredibly detail-oriented, knowledgeable in the Bitterroot Valley, responsive, dedicated to the best interest of her clients, honest, hardworking, level headed, and ultimately just great at what she does is an understatement. She is wise beyond her years and has a great team to support her. We had an incredibly long and arduous home buying process (a foreclosure) which involved many negotiations and red tape over a five-month process. She achieved the impossible and landed us our dream home at a great price well below asking and with many of our requests met by the seller. She is also really helpful in getting you connected to the area and to resources such as contractors and inspectors of all kinds. She is also l incredibly kind and an overall joy to work with.
