Markets continue to grow, and the demand for housing is only rising as more people move from out of state into Montana! Right now cases in Montana are low, and in Montana real estate is also an essential service! However, I understand deciding to list your home during COVID is a big decision and one you need to feel confident in. When people from out of state cannot fly in, we do virtual tours and often put homes under contract sight unseen! It’s great to have prior experience that now allows us to sell your home virtually with expertise. We also work alongside some incredible photographers and videographers who provide state of the art quality. Having professional photos has always been important, but now more than ever we must focus on online presentation.
3. Technologically advanced home walkthroughs!
We now have advanced technology to allow people a virtual walkthrough. This gives people another opportunity to view your home from the comfort of theirs!
4. Intense marketing to get your home seen!
I have always stressed marketing to my clients. One of the services I provide that put my client’s homes above the rest is my marketing. I am knowledgable in social media advertising and having an online presence. I also create market exposure through our multiple listing service.
